Booking and Payments
All travel bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package selected. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by package and service provider. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure may receive a partial refund, while cancellations within 30 days may incur significant charges or no refund.
Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates where required. We are not liable for any delays or denials due to improper documentation.
Changes to Itineraries
While we make every effort to operate tours as planned, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, political unrest, or transportation changes.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
Health and Safety
Travelers should consult their physician regarding recommended vaccinations and health precautions for their destinations. We follow all applicable health and safety guidelines in our operations.
Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. Our liability is limited to the arrangements we directly control. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our registered office.
